Speed Theory, LLC officially launched its operations on September 28, 2006.  Founded by Joel Levy, a fellow high perfomance enthusiast, he realized his vision while building his street/strip car through current available channels and by selling quality pre-owned parts online and in forums such as Honda-Tech.
