All business done with Speed Theory acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions listed.  Product lines, pricing, and specification are subject to change at any time.  Speed Theory reserves the right to change this agreement without notice.

Speed Theory is in the business of retail, specifically the retail of high-performance aftermarket auto parts.  Many of the items we offer are only intended for off-roadway use.  We urge our customers to verify their state regulations and laws concerning these parts and their legality on street-driven vehicles.  All items sold are intended to be installed, and if applicable - tuned, by a professional to ensure customer and vehicle safety is not compromised.  These guidelines are strictly urged to be abided by, as Speed Theory has no liability for the misuse, improper use, or damage associated with these parts.

Returns:  Returns will be accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, pending authorization from our staff.  All items must be in their original packaging, unused, and not possess any signs of use, improper handling, signs of install or mock-up, damage, scratches, or blemishes.  All items must be in condition.  A return Authorization # must be given to the customer, and the item must be shipped back within the stated 15 calendar days with the original invoice, contact information, and reason for return. 

Refunds of returned items are subject to approval of the company, and the customer will be issued a store credit if a refund is necessary.  A 15% (of the total sale amount) re-stocking fee will be incurred for all returns/refunds/cancellations.  Special order items may not be returned, and must prepaid in full at the time of sale.  Speed Theoryholds no liability for manufacturer delays and/or transit delays for special order items, though we will do our best to ensure your product's arrival in a timely fashion.  All returns/exchanges must have pre-paid shipping, only under special circumstances will Speed Theory cover shipping charges.

Warranty:  All items sold are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions if applicable, unless otherwise noted.  Item must be shipped to the manufacturer for review.

ALL ITEMS SOLD BY SPEED THEORY ARE FOR OFF-ROAD USE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

I, THE CUSTOMER, ACKNOWLEGE AND ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED ABOVE.  I ACCEPT SPEED THEORY WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR DAMAGES/INJURIES RESULTING FROM DISREGARD OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
